starring Liz Keech, Nick Brimble and Nicky Davies

David lives alone and is trying to get himself out into the dating world. He’s invited Jen around for dinner to show off his cooking skills and to please his pestering mother. As the night rolls on, the two laugh and bond, but Jen suspects David might be keeping something from her.

Terrance holds an MA in Creative Writing from Trinity College, Carmarthen and has had poetry published in Algebra Of Owls, Ink Sweat And Tears, Haiku Journal, and Roundyhouse Magazine. He has performed his own poetry throughout South Wales and further afield for over ten years, performing at the Sherman Theatre in 2004, the Wales Millennium Centre in 2009 and at the HowTheLightGetsIn festival at Hay-on-Wye in 2011. He is also an actor, recently performing in several plays for Monstrous Productions Theatre Company, Peculiar Productions, and Dramatic Moose Productions. Home will be Terrance's first on-screen directing credit

Christopher Maxwell graduated from the Academy of Live & Recorded Arts (ALRA North) in 2016, and since acted in productions in Cardiff and in the North West. Christopher has also helped make short films throughout his young career and has since taken up the pen and paper and begun writing short stories.

Liz is a singer and actor from Cwmbran, South Wales. This is her second outing with Watchers having appeared as Abigail in the 2020 audio production of A Christmas Carol [produced in association with Valiant Films and Dramatic Moose Productions]. She has previously been cast in short films Connections (Adele Cordner) and A Dagger in Your Mind (Theatre AdHoc). A regular performer with local companies including Peculiar Productions, Theatre AdHoc and Newport Playgoers Society, Liz was lucky enough to play Becky Sharp in the NPS 2022 production of Vanity Fair which had a short run at the Minack Theatre, Cornwall. Liz is thrilled to be cast in Dinner Date and is looking forward to starting filming! Her dream Dinner date would be on a private balcony overlooking the sea in Southern Italy, a lovely warm evening packed with Italian food and plenty of red wine.

Nick Brimble

Nick is a regular performer in the Newport area making yearly appearances for Newport Pantomime and Musical Society. Nick has been lucky enough to perform for a number of other societies in the Newport area bringing with it a wide variety of roles in plays and musicals, one of the highlights being Rawdon Crawley in Vanity Fair at the amazing Minack Theatre in 2022. Nick is very excited to be making his first appearance with Watchers and looking forward to gaining experience in front of the camera.

Nicky Davies

Nicky has been involved local Am Dram groups for nearly 20 years now and has been cast in surprisingly eclectic parts, with some marvellously talented and generous people. Among her favourite parts would be Cora in Calender Girls, Mother Lee in Cider with Rosie, HRH Queen Elizabeth in Maurice's Jubilee, numerous roles in The Titfield Thunderbolt, a lovely cameo in Pygmalion, and the ferocious Aunt Matilda in Vanity Fair. The last three were all performed at the extraordinary Minack theatre in Cornwall. She was also a part of the worldwide phenomenon that was One Night with Marilyn by PT Rose. She relishes playing meaty character parts and has cornered the market in performing hags, lushes and vindictive, vicious old women! She hopes to keep showing off on stage for as long as she is allowed.
