Series 2 Cast

Victoria is an actress, presenter, dancer, model and singer. She received the Simon Eilbeck Award for Music & Drama, and studied acting at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama, Stella Adler Academy of Acting and Meisner Academy in Hollywood. 

Victoria runs a Performing Arts School and ‘New Level Pageants’.

She has performed alongside Blue, Atomic Kitten, Petula Clark, broadcasting worldwide. Victoria is featured in BBC’s ‘Doctor Who’ (Mummy on the Orient Express and Robot of Sherwood), ‘Demons Never Die', ‘Galavant, ‘Cadbury’s’ and presents FASHION TV, London Fashion week and Haute Couture.

Victoria is the cover girl for USA ‘Supermodels’ magazine and is Miss British Empire 2012/13. 

Andrew Machin

Liam

Andrew has been acting since he was 9 performing in his schools production of The Wizard of Oz.  After this he caught the acting bug and joined a local Theatre Company.  He performed in many productions both in plays and musical theatre. When he was 18 he joined another local theatre company and took part in the Glamorgan one act play festival on numerous occasions.  He has also had the opportunity to take part in the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.   In 2014 he studied his Masters in Musical Theatre at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.  Andrew is thrilled to be playing the part of Liam.

Rob D. Mealins

Rob is currently working towards his degree in Contemporary Circus with Physical Theatre at Circomedia.  He has acted since he was a teenager and has taken part in many productions with Everyman Theatre. As a member of PaM Theatre he has toured Wales as part of an improvisation troupe.  He has appeared a number of times on Pwbl Y Cwm.  He is a keen circus performer excelling in Physical and has a passion for comedy.  

Ben Wilson

Andrew Harper

Last year Ben returned to acting. In his past he partook in various projects involving mostly friends independent films to being an extra on various BBC productions such as ‘Casualty’ and Doctor Who’s very own spinoff ‘Torchwood.’

Recently he has acted in roles for stage adaptations of Terry Pratchett’s ‘Wyrd Sisters’ and ‘Witches Abroad’ for Monstrous Productions. 

Hannah Celyn Griffiths

 Hannah was involved in numerous shows in high school and University. Her previous roles have included ‘Farmer’, ‘Sideburns Lady’ and ‘Prostitute’. She always appreciated the variety of roles she was given.  Other roles have also included Masha in Anton Chekhov’s The Seagull and Myrrha in Mary Zimmerman’s Metamorphosis. Though she has performed mainly on stage, Hannah has a passion for film acting and her love for this (alongside her adoration for Dr Who) found her auditioning for The Whovians.

Linda Bailey

Linda Bailey is a Welsh Actress from Rhondda in South Wales.  After several successful and varied occupations, she finally, (6 years ago) had the opportunity of achieving her long standing ambition of Acting. 

 

Starting with Acting Workshops, Amateur Dramatics, Supporting Artist work, numerous Student Films, and (to date) 4 Feature Films, she qualified for Spotlight membership.

 

Linda's love and enthusiasm for the Industry has carried her forward, her basics for success being - 'Learn your Lines, Arrive on Time & Take Direction Well'

Lisa Grace

Lisa is a passionate performer, primarily an actress, graduating in 2013 with a Masters Degree in Drama.  Growing up Lisa trained with Stagecoach Theatre Arts alongside many local youth theatres, and has achieved her LAMDA acting qualifications.  She then continued to thrive within amateur dramatics alongside her studies and professional ventures.  Previous stage experiences include Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors and Urleen in Footloose.  Lisa also has a variety of television experience and has undertaken some voice over work.  She has also been involved with the Sherman Youth Theatre, attended work experience with National Theatre Wales, and has recently completed training at the Connie Fisher Academy.

 

Rachel Dunston

Rachel trained at University of Glamorgan where she obtained a First Class Honours BA degree in Performance and Media. Her career so far has seen her act in a variety of roles, the highlight of which was with the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain in 2014. Other credits include Guys and Dolls, Blackadder Goes Forth, A Chorus Line and Skins. She now lives in Cardiff and when not acting she is writing scripts and marketing high profile theatre productions. Rachel is a big Doctor Who fan and is thrilled to be part of the Whovians cast

Ellie

Lilibeth Langford, an up-and-coming actress, singer and writer, has recently been compiling her experience through multiple crew and cast roles. From several parts in school, fringe and musical stage productions including The Nun’s Priest in ‘The Canterbury Tales’ and Grisabella in ‘Cats’, working as a Supporting Artist on Doctor Who, Casualty and Class, and running on It’s My Shout, she is now starting to write and direct her own short films, starting with In The Dark alongside Jake Hawes. She enjoys physical hobbies such as archery, hiking and taekwondo alongside her creative interests. She is enthusiastic for the future that comes and glad to have already met such great people along the way. 

Matthew Fisher

Matthew has been involved in numerous plays and musicals throughout his life, both inside and outside of education. He has had the privilege to perform at Manchester Town Hall, in the Manchester Fringe Festival. Some of his previous roles have been an amazon, a sergeant, a pantomime dame, a manly fairy, a dentist and most recently, God. This will be the first time he will be acting in front of a camera – and is delighted to be playing Rob.

Harold T Spencer

Harold is an independent game developer who has always loved to act. From short films and supporting artist work to lots and lots of theatre. Most notably, playing Vetinari in Terry Pratchett's "Night Watch", Mephistopheles in Lawrence Quilty's Edinburgh fringe adaptation of Faustus, “Faustus and the Snakes” and Jimmy Jack Cassie in Brian Friel's "Translations". He's been bonkers about pretty much any excuse to get on stage or in front of a camera since he was knee high to a grasshopper. Also he makes a mean Banoffee Pie!

It's been a whirlwind 3 years for Steve, since getting the acting bug. After a year of AmDram he decided to try TV and film, working with many established figures in the Creative Industries, such as Guy Ritchie and Ruth Jones, as well as some amazingly talented new-comers such as Ashleigh Harley and Jamie Panton. He also performed at workshops for Paul Murphy (Director for the 'Robot of Sherwood' and 'The Caretaker' Doctor Who episodes), Mark McGann, Guy Masterson, and Dee Anderson. Theatre is still a huge thrill, especially playing Lurch in The Hilltop Theatre Company's 2015 NODA multi award winning production of The Addams Family

Ellen Jane-Thomas

I’ve been involved in performance for about 6 years, beginning acting in college in lovely west wales. I moved to Cardiff to study Performance and Media at the University of South Wales, and experienced theatre and screen acting over 3 years after which I gained a first class honours degree. Since graduating and appearing in a number of short films at university, I have starred in a BBC Wales short film, worked as a voice actor for radio, and enjoyed being a part of The Big Talent Agency in Cardiff Bay. My day job is a TV Presenter/Video Journalist for local channel Made in Cardiff TV… and now I am Olivia in Whovians!

Alison Lenihan is a Welsh actor based in Cardiff and is represented by Regan Management.

Alison is currently filming SISTERS for Tornado films. She is in pre production for a web series, a comedy pilot and has recently been cast in her third play for Fluellen Theatre Company. Alison is a huge dog lover, a vegetarian and a rock music lover. Alison has an English degree and is a fan of playing strong Welsh women. 

Jes Hynes

Frank Gibbons

During his teens Jes acted in a number of productions in school and for a local theatre company then gave it up for 15 years. In 2001 he came back into the fold and hasn't looked back since. He has performed in dozens of stage productions for Newport Playgoer's Society (most recently as Touchstone in As You Like It), and Cardiff based Monstrous Productions (most Recently as Sam Vimes in Night Watch), as well as some student and independent films and music videos, and has won a number of awards for his performances. He also directs plays, with (the award winning) Trainspotting, Fawlty Towers and most recently The Graduate amongst them. He is currently Assistant Director on The Titfield Thunderbolt which is being taken to the Minack Theatre in Cornwall, he is in Going Postal for Monstrous Productions and is also preparing to direct Terry Pratchett's Wyrd Sisters for staging in November.
In his real life he is a Software Developer, has a library of 1000's of Fantasy and Sci-Fiction books, cooks, writes music and looks after two cats. One day he will find time to do some housework.

Craig Harper

Craig taken part in a number of plays the over the last few years as part of Monstous Productions, playing roles such as Mort and Young Sam Vimes in adaptions of SIr Terry Pratchett's much loved stories. Being a big Dr Who and sci-fi fan, Craig is delighted to be involved in Whovians and working with such a great cast and crew.

Andrew Ford

At the age of 14, during a school play (a production of "The Crucible where he bumped into the set and almost demolished it), Andrew knew that he wanted to be an actor. He studied Theatre and Drama at The University of Glamorgan; The City Lit in London and also trained under Peter Woolridge and Chris Durnall at The Workshop in Cardiff.

 

On stage, Andrew's appearances include Pozzo in "Waiting For Godot" (for POW Theatre Co; Cheswick in "One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest"; Fritz Kortner in "The Winter Gift" (both for Rogue'z Theatre Company) and Mr Potter in "Room 5064"

 

Television includes Lynda La Plante's "Trial and Retribution".

 

When he's not actoring, he can often around Cardiff wearing Tom Baker's scarf and attempting to show anyone who is interested the locations used in Doctor Who. He actually gets paid money for this!

Antonio Rastelli

Antonio is a British actor who has recently moved to Cardiff. Hailing with a degree in drama from the University of Hull, Antonio has appeared in a number of Big Finish radio dramas (Dark Shadows, The Confessions of Dorian Gray) and was a member of Hull Truck's Theatre Ensemble. Antonio's passion for acting was ignited when he was first cast as the villainous Andrew Undershaft in Major Barbara whilst at university. He has been an avid fan of Doctor Who for over twenty years and also enjoys singing out of tune and making people laugh. 

Amy Rowlands

Amy has been acting since she was a child, and did a drama degree in the Atrium University,
graduating in 2015. She has been in numerous music videos, such as the Manic street Preachers
‘Show me the Wonder’ and The Dirty Youth’s ‘Atomic’, along with many short films for instance ‘The
visitor’ where she played ‘Harriett’ the dead girlfriend, a film which was a semi finalist in Highway 61
Film festival. She does a wide variety of acting work, doing voiceover work for companies in Britain
and America, she also appeared recently as ‘Chica’, and ‘the actress playing Chica’ on ITV in a live
experience of the game Five Nights at Freddy’s.

Emma Jason

Welsh actor living and working between London and Wales. Former Police Officer who now finds herself working in the TV and film industry. Has worked mainly as background on dramas such Downton Abbey, Dr Who and Eastenders etc as well as films such as Pride and Bridget Jones. Known for her adverts as Rhod Gilbert's Wife in Stoptober and  the Sports coach in Continental tyres Euro adverts. Enjoys period dramas, police dramas, comedies and films. Massive sports fan, loves surfing, snowboarding and football.

Carwyn John

Carwyn

Carwyn has appeared as a supporting artist in just a few productions to date.  He aims to do more acting in his spare time, particularly in projects such as Whovians.  Carwyn is a Welsh speaker who likes to support Welsh and Welsh language media projects in front of the camera as well as promoting.

A long time Doctor Who fan (amongst other things) he gave a short interview with Radio Cymru for Doctor Who’s 50th anniversary which he likes to tell people about.  He has met many a celebrity over the years from red carpet events & the like.  One day he plans to write a book about his adventures, one day...  Carwyn is very pleased to be back working on Whovians this year.  Ymlaen a ni!

Aidan Artymiuk

Aidan Artymiuk has been involved in some form of drama since the school nativities in primary school. He most recently attended Adam Smith College and achieved his HND after being involved in a few productions for it such as Widows and Heart of a dog. Since then he has been involved in a number of student films and looks forward to his role on Whovians.

Sarah Rorbach

Sarah started acting in theatre and film at a young age and most recently appeared in One Chance (2013), Z-Listers (2014) and Set Me Free (2016). She is a big SCI-FI fan travelling all over to attend conventions and she is a voice over artist most notably known for the audio dramas Star Trek: Lost Enterprise as Ensign Selena Harding of the USS Enterprise and X-Men Episode 8:Sentinels as Mrs Worthington.

My name is Glyn Williams; I am 23 years old born and raised in South Wales. Doctor Who has been a big passion in my life since I was a child, it also got me interested in the inner workings of Film & TV but I never thought I would actually be part of something similar myself. This is my first acting role and I am very proud to be part of a great project such as this and I hope it may lead to other similar things in the future.
