STRANGE TALES: Second Chances

The third film to be released on June 15th (now less than a week away!) is...

SECOND CHANCES

John doesn't like to stand out. "Out of sight, out of mind" is his philosophy. But his way of thinking is challenged when he's forced to reevaluate his life.

Second Chances is written by Matthew Fisher. Matthew's writing has been performed all over the UK, online and even across the pond in New York City. Two of his full length plays, Abandoned and The Universe plc both performed sold out runs, and he has won the Crawshay Cup for Best Original Writing in the Wales One Act Festival, for his one-act play We Are Stronger Together

Teddy Smith is the director. After graduating USW, Ted established No.37 Media, the label with which he would start making his own films, and telling the stories that meant something to him. Over the past few years, Ted has focused and dealt with PTSD, Depression, Anxiety and Loss. The highlight of his time behind the camera was working on Whovians with Watchers Productions and on STFU and Bitten with Big Rich Productions.

John is played by Ben Wilson In 2014 Ben took the plunge into acting. In his past he partook in various am dram theatre performances for Monstrous Productions before moving onto co starring in an original two man comedy play entitled The Universe PLC as well as performing in Abandoned for Dramatic Moose Productions in January 2018. On screen he has had various lead roles in independent short films as well as a lead in comedy web drama Whovians for Watchers Productions.

Lisa Grace plays Anna. Lisa is a South Wales based actress with a great passion for both screen and stage, graduating in 2013 with a Masters in Drama. She has a string of screen credits including Anna in Whovians (Watchers Productions) and her current venture Breadcrumbing - a comedy improv series based on bad dating experiences. In addition, Lisa has a strong interest in new writing and a particular soft spot for musical theatre. She is excited to be back on set with the Watchers team.

Rounding out the cast in the role of Patrick is John Hutch. John is a South Wales based actor, with credits on stage, screen and audio narration. His latest work includes short films and documentaries for the BBC, ITS MY SHOUT and CBS REALITY. When not acting, John works as a Ghost Walk Guide for CARDIFF HISTORY & HAUNTINGS.
